Our courses and digital materials are intended for personal, non-commercial educational use. You agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their experience.

FundGuardUp offers paid access to select course packages and subscriptions. By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your account as outlined in your plan selection.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all eligible purchases. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
If the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. FundGuardUp reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside of this policy.
All course content, branding, graphics, and materials are the property of FundGuardUp or its content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
FundGuardUp shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
